Had a wonderful AM; walked 2 miles had an appetite for an omelet made with green peppers and tomatoes. Took my vitamin supplements, drank a glass of water and I feel great to start my day! Try it you will like it!

Good morning America! I woke this morning did a few stretches, ate fruit, yogurt and 2 glasses of water exercised for 30 minutes and enjoyed a refreshing vanilla pineapple shake from herbalife. They are great!
